How to Participate

We have created two tools that will help you focus your intention and are simple and easy for you to access. You do not have to use these tools to successfully add your energy to the grid, do what works for you. For each grid we have an image to represents the particular domain within nature and some music which has been written to attune you with the domain. Both of these create powerful focal points when all of use them. The image and the music are a simple and effective means to allow you to add your energy to the grid.

There are two steps in the manifesting process to which you can contribute.

• Be a participant in the meditation on the day that the grid is established.
• Continue adding your meditative energy to one or more of the grids over the next 4 years.

Here are some ideas on how you might like to work with contributing your energy.

1. Meditate on the image and/or listening to the music, sending love and sensing the grid encompassing the world and sense your love joining the grid energy.
2. Meditate on the image and/or listening to the music, sending love and repeating the words of the intention.
3. Energise a crystal (or a crystal grid) with the intention and leave the crystal to sit on the image (remember to re-energise the crystal occasionally).
4. Create a talisman using the image and other objects that represent the intention and meditate on that.
5. Put the image in a place that you will regularly see it and use it as a reminder to send loving energy to the grid and or repeat the intention.
6. Play the music at a quiet time and feel the love connecting you with the grid and the intention
